Delete your RemediDocs account
You don't need to sign in to read this page.
Delete it in the app
- Sign in to RemediDocs on the web or in the app.
- Open Settings and scroll to Delete account.
- Enter your password, type the confirmation shown, and tap Delete.
It happens right away and can't be undone. We send one email to your address to confirm it's done.
What gets deleted
If you own the company account
The owner is the person who signed the company up. Deleting your account deletes the whole company: every job, property, reading, drying log, photo, document, invoice, lead, form and schedule entry, the company logo, and every login on the team. Stored photos and PDFs are removed from our file storage too. If you pay for a plan, the subscription is cancelled first; if we can't cancel it, nothing is deleted and we tell you.
If you're on someone else's team
Deleting your account removes your login, your name, email, phone, password, certifications and two-factor settings. The jobs, readings and photos you worked on belong to your company, so they stay with it, with your name taken off them.
What we keep
- A one-line internal record that an account was deleted and when, so we can answer questions about it later.
- Our payment processor, Stripe, keeps its own record of past payments, as the law requires.
- Our nightly database backups keep a copy for up to 7 days, then it is gone. We never restore a deleted account from a backup.
If you want a copy of your data, an admin can download all of it from Settings > Your Data before deleting.
If you can't sign in
Email info@remedidocs.com from the address on the account and tell us whether you want just your login or the whole company deleted. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
